Today after morning tea, we went to dance practice for our fitness. Our coaches name was Izzy, she taught us cool, hard and new dancing moves. First when we arrived we had no time to warm up, so that meant that we had to get straight onto hip hop dancing. The first move she taught us was to put our arms down, look up, get and then while we were down we had dab our way up! Then we had to hold our whilst and then jump twice like superman, from that point we had to stamp twice then from here we continued to go.
Well at the end we received a certificate for participating in dancing.
